Here is a list of the top 10 selling subdivisions in the last 3 months in Charlotte NC

Charlotte Housing Sales Prices Increasing for May, 20111.  Highland Creek  (40)

One of the largest master-planned communities in North Carolina with about 13,000 residing there, this amenity-filled community is divided by the Charlotte-Concord, Mecklenburg-Cabarrus County lines.

  • 40 homes have sold in Highland Creek during the past 90 days ranging in price from $100,000 to $365,000 and from 1,150 – 3,950 square feet in size.

2. Myers Park (47)
