SouthPark Market Report MAR 2019
With the news of the major overhaul of Phillips Place in Southpark, the area has been a-buzz with increased interest in finding a home here. Southpark, already one of the most prestigious addresses in Charlotte, offers, wonderful proximity to everything Charlotte and a lifestyle that is highly desirable.
We are 12 minutes from Uptown and 12 minutes from Ballantyne (to the north and south of SouthPark) and a even a little closer to Cotswold on the east and Dilworth on the west side. You really can't find a more ‘central’ location than SouthPark. Because of the superior location, SouthPark continues to thrive as one of the southeast’s largest live/work communities as well.
SouthPark's housing styles range from 1950’s ranch homes in Beverly Woods and Barclay Downs to newer million- & multi-million-dollar homes in neighborhoods like Quail Hollow, Carmel Park, Foxcroft, Sharon Hills, Royden and the exclusive gated communities of Morrocroft and nearby Seven Eagles.
*SouthPark is beginning to look a lot like SPRING! We're seeing the first tulips blooming this week - adding to the excitement in the air about the announcement of the revamping of Phillips Place.
