Charlotte North Carolina Real Estate Market Update for April, 2011 is a bit more promising. Although we have had a rather quiet beginning to our spring market, we're seeing movement in the $200,000 - $300,000 price range. The median price is ticking upwards and the supply is thankfully, dropping. Much of that is due to the fact that many sellers have gone the way of renting for the next year to wait out the market and see what happens in 2012.
