Charlotte Job Alert: Connextions to Create 1,200 New Charlotte Area Jobs
CHARLOTTE, NC: Connextions, a healthcare exchange, technology, consulting and business process outsourcing solutions provider, headquartered in Orlando, FL, plans to immediately create more than 800 jobs in its new Charlotte facility at Forest Park, just off of I-77/Arrowood Road, in SW Charlotte. Four hundred additional expansion jobs are expected as well at the company’s existing Concord contact center. The new facility, a 61,000 square foot facility in Southwest Charlotte, has been located and leased for immediate occupancy.
“Creating jobs is my number one priority, so I am happy that Connextions is putting 1,200 people to work,” said Gov. Bev Perdue. “Connextions knows first-hand that North Carolina’s investments in education, workforce training and infrastructure make this state the best place to do business. I hope they will continue to grow their business here for many years to come.”

Wellness as well as sales to both individuals and companies, customer retention, and customer service for benefits claims and other healthcare matters, will be the focus for the new Connextions staff. Assisting those over 65 in the Medicare conversion process is another service that the Connextions staff will provide.
