Once again, I have ActiveRain to thank for connecting fabulous Charlotte home buyers...and me! We met nearly a year ago and the right home just wasn't to be found for these buyers. They relocated to Charlotte after selling their home and wound up even renewing a lease as that dream home was being quite elusive for them!
Fast forward a year and these buyers' lease was almost up. One amazing home hit the market and I knew this was THE one! We all rearranged our schedules to get into the home that day and found ourselves, once again, in a bidding war! OF COURSE!
They were connected with my never-let-me-down Bank of America private mortgage lender, Jose Diaz and had a strong pre-approval as well as, obviously, the perfect Offer...and we won the bidding war!
With their lease expiring, due to their strong Offer, pre-approval and commitment, we were able to get them into the home pre-Closing with a Buyer Possession before Closing as well. The sellers' agent was wonderful to work with and we had a perfect transaction from start to finish.
They are in LOVE with their new home and location. Working in Ballantyne, they wanted to live in the Steele Creek/Lake Wylie area and accomplished their mission of landing exactly where they wanted to land. We couldn't be happier for our buyers and am forever grateful to the wonderful connections here in the Rain.
The Steele Creek Community is not only one of the fastest growing communities in Charlotte but, it also boasts the highest employment concentrations in the county. Within a one-mile area at the tip of Steele Creek, just off of Carowinds Boulevard, there are several different types of zoning including commercial, industrial, residential and multi-family as well as the large Paramount’s Carowinds amusement park, a business park and even church zoning. The large-scale international business parks and manufacturing plants along the Westinghouse Blvd. and Arrowood Road corridor are the primary reason for the increased growth. The Steele Creek area is about 47 square miles running from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport to west of Sugar Creek and I-77 and southward to Lake Wylie.
