Just needs some holes of golf and you have a mini Del Webb community. All the benefits of Charlotte but, with the lower SC taxes.
This place looks so inviting---too bad I wouldn't qualify as a resident for about 15 more years! (LOL!)... It really sounds like an everyday vacation...what a great place to offer! Cheers Debe :-)
Debe - Just curious - I may be mistaken but didn't Hovanian have the "Sale of the Century" that netted a bunch of sales... They aren't in our market but I remember some news reports about the sale. Is my recollection correct?
Any innovative incentives or promotions relating to this property? Curious, because people taking early retirement seem to have Charlotte on their mind...

They are building a Four Seasons here in Durham - great location! It's also a great market segment!

Sounds like a great community, Debe. I would move there in a heartbeat... 'cept I'm (thankfully) a few years shy of the age requirement. WooHoo. Sadly, it will be her before I know it. haha
Hi Everyone! This community is fabulous and I too, want to purchase one here! Maybe in a few years, huh?! Ryan, this is one in the same, K Hovanian but, the Deal of the Century did not apply as most of the homes in this community were built between 2004 and 2006.
