The developers have done a very nice job of keeping the area maintained and only clearing the lot once building starts. The home sounds very nice too I might add.

Don: Yes, they have. The maintenance is high on their priority list--others in the area have cost themselves sales because of their lack of maintaining the grounds. It concerns the consumer that perhaps the developers are not on solid ground! (no pun intended!) :-)
