Debe,

A nicely done post. What does "flat" means in your area? I see the term very rare, and mostly as a condo occupying the  whole floor of a converted victorian home, which is, obviously, not the case here.

Hi Jon-  Thanks!  A 'flat' is simply a one-level condo--but, it doesn't have to be on just the first floor--the flats can be stacked upon one another.  As opposed to townhomes or condos that are two or three levels.  Similar to what we used to call 'garden apartments.'  No, not Victorian here--Preston Flats is very contemporary--such a cool building in Charlotte!

Have a wonderful Independence Day weekend...

Hi Debe, Very nice condo and the kitchen is beautiful.  You always have a wonderful listing presentation.  Good luck!

Hi Gary--Thank you!  I'm a bit OCD with the presentations!!  LOL  Seriously, this complex offers much more square footage than most in the area and the price is definitely RIGHT!  Preston Flats Charlotte NC condos are an amazing buy!
