Hi Kate! It is just perfect for young professionals--and young families, retirees who don't want to drive and can take the light rail to the Uptown area! My listing in this complex (more to come!), is perfect for small business or home office. Perfect for a chiropractor's office, hair salon, CPA or any one who works from home! It has three entrances--the main street (lower level), the garage and the main level entrance. VERY cool and unique! Not even to mention the 4th level view of Uptown--simply spectacular!

Hi Thom! This is one of THE most cool listings I've ever had! I have had plenty of condos and townhomes in very hip buildings but, I could SO see myself in this one too! I love the separate office entrance and the home itself is so spacious--unlike most of the condos in our area.

3030 South is also just minutes from that 4th level view of Uptown Charlotte NC and the price is SO affordable with the PPSF 1/2 of the cost of some of the Uptown units!
