Looks like fun! Love your presentation! I'm thinking of doing a sprint triathalon this year-the 3 events are scaled back a bit-but it would still be a goal to work towards!
Hi Debe...are you a runner, nice blog post for the Triathlon.
Debe
Good luck with the Triathlon.
Good luck and success.

Debe, a great event. Will you be swimming, biking or running....perhaps all three.
Debe - how fun! I used to do this "mini" triathlons back in the day and loved doing them. ~Rita
Debe,
Last year my grandson took part in it (a team), and we went to the ocean to watch it. Was a very interesting event. He wants to do a solo thing this year.
Can't believe he wants to do it, so exhausting, so tough...
Are you participating, Debe? If so, good luck. I can't climb a flight of stairs.
Good for you! No wonder you look so healthy in your pix,,,
Looks to be a good time. Good luck with the event , I hope you get good weather and a great turn out.
Hi Debe,
Colorful way to advertise a great local event that benefits so many. My son has competed in 2 Iron man races and likes triathlons. He is now training for a marathon here in Austin on Valentines Day. I will be letting everyone know about it next week. Thanks for the info in your area.
I am always impressed with those who compete in a triathalon. It's so cold up here in NYC right now, lets hope you will get some better weather, I can't imagine swimming right now even in a dry suit.
I admire the athletes who can push their bodies thru this! I have never done one....good for them!!!
Debe, I'll run if you swim and bike! :) Are you planning to do it?
