AHHHH Myers Park rocks!  My old stomping grounds.  I loved growing up there.  Walking to the Mayberry Ice Cream shop or down to the 7-Eleven for Icee's.   Safe and very nice with all the mature hardwood trees lining the streets.  If I ever moved back to Charlotte this would be the first neighborhood I looked in.

The news today talking about March being the biggest month of home purchases in 40 years mentioned Charlotte as having the largest upswing.  You must be doing a great job.  These reports are fabulous.
