Are you getting alot of people relocating from the NorthEast? How does it compare to former years?
Jen-- Thanks--it truly IS stunning! We did used to get more from all areas of the country--but, the NE continues to be one of our biggest exit areas for our relocation clients. Our incredible decrease in banking transfers is reflected in the drop in transferees from all across the nation. Even in our slower market, the NE is tops when it comes to areas from which they come to Charlotte. What about you?
