Debe - No wonder you the top agent in Charlotte!  You never rest!  Open houses, teaching classes, attending signings, showing properties, Chamber of commerce meetings, RE Bar staff...the list goes on and on.  I don't know many people that work as hard as you do. I mean that sincerely.  You'll get these sold as always and WOW  more than $100,000 under list price?!  Instant equity- can't argue with that : )
