Good afternoon!  Thank you all for your comments!  In response to the question, "What is a 10-day sale?" the sellers have lowered the price for only 10-days.  They'd like to have an Offer now in order to be closed on this property by the end of the year.  Following the 10-days, the price will return to 'normal!'  Hopefully this incredible price will bring multiple bidders and yes, the home will go to the buyer with the best Offer (all contractual items considered).  Send me a BUYER!
