Debe, I hope you have a very successful Open House this Saturday! I have a niece in Hope Mills that is having a house built. Always good to hear the industry is "working". Best to you in 2011!!
Debe: That looks like a fabulous home... and I'm thinking that you should get lots of traffic. I bet that once your marketing plan goes into action, this home will find itself a family that will just fall in love with it. And, of course, with you, as well. <smile>
And... the open house is being held on Elvis Presley's birthday. Say hello to "the King" for me... pretty please ?
Debe,
Very nice home at a great price. Love the kitchen looks like a great place to entertain. Good luck with the open house and you should be getting a sale on this one soon.
Hi Debe, That is such a gorgeous home. I can visualize the family that does/will live there. Your brochures are so well done. All the best in getting this beauty under contract soon.
Debe,
This is a very nice look at not only your open house but the surrounding area. Much luck with you open house on Saturday.
Debe- hopefully you will have a very busy open house. I find it amazing to see the difference in the value a buyer gets in Charlotte, compared to the Northern Virginia area. A house similar to that with brick on all sides would be several hundred thousands more. Beautiful home.
Nice property. My wife just noticed the picture and said she likes it. CNN reports that you have lots of home purchase bargains in Charlotte. Have a great day and an outstanding weekend.
I really like your intro to 218 Sardis Lane, Debe. CHARLOTTE, as always, is shining, and residential-ready, welcoming Buyers to beautiful homes and Open Houses. Have a great weekend!
Debe, I just love the way you present your listings!!! Let's hope you sell it at the ope house!
Betsy
Hope you have a successful open Debe. Maybe even an offer?
Good morning Debe; What a lovely inviting home. Good luck with the sale. Again, you always get the best. What a gal!
That house is BEAUTIFUL Debe! I love the archetecture in Charlotte! :)
Beautiful home! I like the way your brochure looks, too! Great description of South Charlotte and Sardis Lane, in particular. I like the mention of schools in walking and biking distance. Sounds like a great place to live. Are people who are already living in this area worried that it will be over-built, or do the zoning requirements prevent that?
Deb, best of luck on your Open House, I hope you have lots of prospects come through. BTW that's a great presentation...very professional.
Hope you had a nice turnout. Funny, our Open House day is, typically Sunday. Are we heathens?!? :-)
No, Carla! We do them on Sundays too! I have a builder who doesn't take any offers on Sundays though--he's been in business over 50 years and holds to that policy. I respect him so much for that too!
Thanks everyone for your well-wishes and kind words! We had a couple of good prospects through today and we're hoping one of them takes this lovely home off the builder's hands this week!
Have a wonderful Sunday all!
Sis-What a gorgeous home! I love the windows in the Greatroom..how pretty. It sounds like a wonderful subdivision and a wonderful place to grow up, being able to ride bikes and walk to school. Just like in the good old days :)
