Great market report and information for anyone looking to buy or sell in Myers Park Debe. Your list to sell ratio is interesting. Has that changed much in the past couple of years or is it pretty much where it's always been?
Nice price range. That percentage of list to sold is very interesting.
Pam, List-to-sales ratio has dropped for almost all of our areas of Charlotte. Myers Park is included in that drop but, hasn't taken the 'hit' that many communities have taken, simply because of the location, beauty and custom builds in the area. Myers Park is also full of rich history and remains one of Charlotte's most sought-after communities.
