Hi Debe, We used to do the REALTOR lunches here for our Broker's Open, some were rather extravagant. Back then, our Title reps would help set-up and serve. We don't do them any more. I still think they can be great fun. Do have a source that you would share for your brochure templates? I need to find some new ones.

Hi William!

Thank you!  And, I remember the extravagant opens too and boy, were they fun to attend!  Now, we are a bit more modest but, we have a great time!  It's always good to have the agents know the inventory--it's easier to sell that way!

The template is done and modified in PhotoShop; I see that the banner is bleeding at the top and that needs to be corrected but, for my marketing girl (who I LOVE!) does these for me.

Hi Debe....Realtor Lunches are popular here too. Love to have lunch with you some day at one of your great listings...I bet one or two of the Realtors will have a buyer or two for this home !!

Good luck with your Realtor Open House

Debe, the dogwoods and azaleas area already blooming? Oh my, I do miss the true Southern spring with dogwoods! We have broker luncheons here as well, and I think they are great fun and great networking.

Debe...best of luck with the Open. They use to be a big draw here. I did one last week, with lunch, and not one single agent came. Blew me away.

I thought us real estate people always went for lunch? Silly me!

Beautiful home and it will have happy new owners soon, compliments of Debe Maxwell!

That's a real beauty Debe, let us know how a weekday open house works for you.  We've tried them occasionally with not much success.

Never mind the above post, I see now it's a Realtor open house also.  (Note to self: read the post completely before commenting!)
