I have been in that neighborhood recently and saw your listing. Roxbury is a hidden gem! It is a beautiful custom home and the school district is certainly highly rated. So close to everything that you are practically IN Ballantyne. Good luck with it. People forget there is more to the Charlotte area than just Charlotte! :)
