Thank you for the information. My husband and I lived in Charlotte 1992-2000. We loved in there and would move back in heart beat. It is fun to see what is going on in the area.
Debe, your charts and photos are beyond compare. You're providing a great service to those interested in Providence Springs
Thanks, Delores! I LOVE Charlotte and I know you miss it! Hopefully you'll be able to return in the near future!
Hi Brian! Thank you! Those selling their homes in Providence Springs benefit from the Market Absorption Trends as well. They're a great way to help determine where to position themselves in the market.
Hi Jim & Linda! Thanks! I have a Mac so, I use the Numbers program; I used to use an Excel spreadsheet and it looked very similar. I do multiple searches in MLS to pull data and plug into the spreadsheet.
Debe-Nice landscape photo. The designers found some nice color contrasts in the blue and the white. Your charts are great-enough info to make a point and provide a point of reference, but not too much to absorb.
Debe - it seems like the higher price range of homes in your area takes a little longer to sell, just as we are seeing here in Nashville. It's still a buyers market over 400k, but under that has changed already here.
Thanks, Wayne! I love that entrance--the stone just sets off the flowers there every season!
Hi Larry! That's definitely the case in our area now but, when priced well, they do sell!
