It does look like a cute charmer. Is it free? LOL I love to look at pricing from across the Nation just to see what like-properties in my market would comp out at. ;-)
Once again Debe, I'm in awe of your marketing, I would love for you to share a post on how you create this post with that flyer look created on the mac....I recently acquired a Macbook Pro in the last few months and still learning the ins and outs of it....if you can do the above with it, I would love to know how.
Debbie - Cute remodel! I love the colors of the home and the flyer. Great job!
Hi Carla! Me too and I hate it when the price is not there! Great point and I will go back in the website and add that tomorrow. Thanks for pointing that out. It's $250,000 btw--a GREAT price for this property!
John: Well, thank you so much! OMG, you just would NOT believe how easy this was to do! I used iWeb to create it, bought a domain name, pointed it to it and then enclosed it in a frame for ActiveRain and that's it!
Watch the video when you open iWeb and you'll be well on your way to making it.
A couple of things that I learned during the creation:
Thanks, Carla! I would have made them Savvy (my company) colors if I could have figured out how to change the color of the background but, for some reason, it wouldn't for me in this program. And, it REALLY is a cute, cute, cute home!
That is a little different from your usual features, Debe. Very cute looking.
Looks like a great place Debe. Interesting name also, wonder where it came from. Best of luck with this great home.
Jane: I have begun to create another free-standing website for my listings and feature them here for more traffic. This way people can click directly in the AR post to the various pages in the post.
Thanks, Russell! Right back at cha!
Gabe: It really is a fabulous home, great location and great price! As for the name, I've always thought the origination was from the Oxfordshire Cotswolds...
Debe, what a charming home! I am sure that you will attract a buyer with your fabulous marketing!
