Loreena: Well, he did A LOT--he HAD to! I'm getting gray and the gray looked like I had 'bleach' roots and I hated it! So, he actually darkened my blonde to help with the transition and gave me a killer cut to boot! (And, I LOVE my new cut!)
Gary: I got lucky on this one--they sold and bought properties from me and I fell in love with them! Now, I get to see Michael more often than just selling and buying homes!

I believe that our economy has made many business owners take a serious look at what the consumer is looking for and they're finding that customer service is at the TOP of the list.
