Charlotte Real Estate and More

Wordless Wednesday - Finishing Touches

Wordless Wednesday - Finishing Touches

For nearly 9 months, we've been watching our new neighbors' home being built - from start to finish, from the ground-up! The builder has been fabulous, leaving the area clean at the end of the day and being respectful to the neighbors with their 'start' times in the mornings. They have been there 7 days a week and have completed all but, a few finishing touches to the exterior.

Good morning Debe. The photo looks like an artists rendering. Is it? That is some home.

It's a great looking home, have you already met your new neighbors?  I would assume that they have been there from time to time to check on the progress of their home.

Hi Debe- it's always nice when the builder and their crew are respectful of the rest of the neighborhood. Your new neighbors will be so lucky to have you as a neighbor.

Debe Maxwell, CRS - Your photo looks like an oil painting! Do you think you'll make a copy of the photo for the new neighbors after they move in? I would think they would love to have it and appreciate your feedback on the how attentive the workers to the property as it was being built.

You're the best and so thoughtful too!
