Turning Back the Time - Fall, 2019

Turning Back the Time - Fall, 2019

We have all experienced this stressor, I'm confident! I thought to share this tonight when I was at a listing waiting on my buyer to arrive this afternoon. Why not knock out the clock-setting on my car clock? Well, the frsutration wasn't nearly as bad as it has been in the past, for sure!

As for the stove/microwave clocks - I think I've probably sworn in the past that one is required to have an engineering degree to figure them out. I always let Ray deal with those - he's far more talented in the tech department than I am!

This evening, I had a relocation client arriving in town and wanted to knock out 2 listings before their work meetings begin tomorrow. I was going to drop some donation items off on my way, so I decided to take my husband's van. I got a chuckle out of the clock in his van - it was evidently, such a pain to change, he left it during the last time change (in the spring) was right today! LOL

Turning back time

Have a great week everyone!

I have done that with my car before. I like the sun dial one.

Hahahahah very funny! So glad we don't play that although I had to disable my 'auto time' on my phone because every time I cross the River into NV or CA, my clock changes!

Thanks for the reminder. I am still adjusting in the morning.

Hi Debe- I had to chuckle because when Larry and I woke up Sunday morning, we weren't sure of the time. We glanced at our Apple watches and Fitbits but needed to be sure. So he went out to the kitchen and checked the time on our microwave oven. We knew that wasn't going to change automatically!

Clever post Debbie.  Well, those appliances and devices that don't change time automatically do serve a purpose for me.  They are the double check for the devices that did change.  I just can't assume the auto changes are accurate, need a manual confirmation to be sure.

This made me laugh. It also reminds me the clock in our car is on the old time. Should we just wait? :)

Hi Debe,

Funny. I have all the clocks turned back now... even both vehicles AND had to go to the sis-in-laws apartment and do hers.  I never think about all the clocks in the house until I have to change them all.  LOL
