Motivational Monday - Strengths vs. Weaknesses

Motivational Monday - Strengths vs. Weaknesses

We all have ups and downs in life and with a pandemic in an election year…well, talk about ups and downs - and being tested!  I think, to some degree, life is an ongoing test. We have to remember that the human spirit is very powerful and we will rise to these challenges - if we set our minds to doing so.

Being tested in Life - Strengths vs Weaknesses

Facing one of life’s many challenges is not only where we will discover our strengths but, where we grow and learn the most. At the end of each challenge, we can understand how much we grew mentally, emotionally or spiritually - or in all 3 ways - and feel more confident in ourselves & stronger than ever before.

No matter your trials & tribulations, it takes courage and strength to face each and every one of them and to self-assess where your strengths (and weaknesses) lie.  It's not what happens to us that matters, it's what you learn from each of life’s lessons and how you apply that to your life.

Happy Monday!

Morning Debe.

We all face challenges each day, how we respond to them either shows our weakness, or our strength.

Good morning Debe Maxwell, CRS - that is very well said.  It is a way we can navigate through the downs in life.  Our reaction is the most important.

I have faith that God will never give me more than I can handle, but there are times that I wonder why God thinks I have more strength than I believe I do, haha.

Hello Debe - for some life is a constant battle while other see it and live it as a peaceful coexistence thanks to moments of "truce".

Good morning Debe Maxwell, CRS ,

What a genuine and authentic post! You are right its not what happens to us its how we learn from the challenges and apply it to your life.

Hi Debe,
I think when we are going through the challenges of life, we just do what we need to do as we go along.  It's everyone else that wonders how you did it... and you just think "I did what I needed to do".

Remember the "Strength vs Weakness" Challenge in May 2017?  It was your entry that I chose for the bonus points. How This Real Estate Agent Turns Weaknesses Into Strengths.

Wow Debe Maxwell, CRS the photo sure hits home. There are times we all wonder....how in the heck am I going to solve this situation....and then we do. It is a good feeling to know it's all in there...we just need to unlease it and trust that it will all work out fine.  And it does.

Learning perserverance positivity is something a lot of people need to learn.  The hard times are always there, but it's how we deal with them that defines us.

I have that same faith, Brian England - and often have the same concern! I will admit to having muttered in my life a few times, "Okay, I'm on my knees, Lord!"
