Wow !! Beautiful home and you can certainly get a lot for your money! It even looks beautiful empty which is rare. One suggestion, do thay have "Home Stagers" in your area? I have found that with some furniture and a few other items that homes seem to get better feedback and the cost is usually very reasonable!
