HI ALL! So sorry to be so tardy responding to your comments but, have been posting and dashing for the past couple of weeks! Lots of homes on the market and have been coordinating open houses and negotiating a few contracts too! I want you to know that I have read your comments and DO apprecitate them.
This particular home is just SO cute! The historic neighborhood is a great neighborhood for singles, familys and retirees--it's just a great place to live, period! There's a cute little park in the neighborhood and you see the neighbors out and about all the time--Chantilly in Charlotte NC is a VERY friendly neighborhood!
Send me a buyer! It's certainly priced to SELL!
